Language is not only meaning the communication, it is the soul of the people, the keeper of traditions and culture. Linguistic diversity in Kazakhstan has always been for a priority. This can be judged by 1997 Law «The Languages ​​in the Republic of Kazakhstan». It says that all languages ​​of the Kazakh people are a national treasure.

Today the Republic of Kazakhstan is integrated into the world political and economic system. Kazakhstan is known as a young and dynamically developing state, striving to enter the top 30 competitive countries of the world. In the struggle will be demanded, Kazakhstanis must know three languages. It’s ​​like never before.

Multilingualism is necessary for building an open democratic society, integrating Kazakhstan into the world community, and we need English to enter the world arena. Trinity policy is part of the national ideology aimed at the formation and development of a competitive Kazakhstan. While developing three languages, we should not forget about the importance of the state language, which should become the consolidator of Kazakhstanis people. It is planned that by 2025 the Kazakh language will become dominant in all spheres of life, will become the language of ubiquitous communication. The role of the Russian language in this triad is also important, which also contributes to the unity and cohesion of various social and ethnic groups into a single whole. In addition, the Russian language acts as a means of intercultural communication and international cooperation with strategic partners in the post-Soviet space.

Accordingly, a foreign language, and in particular English, which is spoken by half of the world, is the language of successful integration into the world economy, the international image of Kazakhstan. Requirements for proficiency in a foreign language have acquired specific outlines in the form of direct contact with foreign universities at different stages of university and postgraduate training.

Young people today understand that the main advantage of a multilingual education program is fluency in three languages, which is very important now and do not feel language barriers. The number of languages ​​in which a person can freely express their thoughts has always been one of the indicators of education and the level of culture. Naturally, knowing one language is not enough, the more languages ​​a person knows, the more competitive he is. A modern young person, not knowing languages, will lag behind in obtaining the information that is necessary for professional growth.

Language is an instrument of knowledge, with the help of which a person learns the world and culture. Finally, language is an instrument of culture: it shapes a person, determines his behavior, lifestyle, worldview, mentality, national character, ideology. Language is a strict and incorruptible teacher; it imposes ideas, models of cultural perception and behavior inherent in it.

A multilingual person can be called a person who speaks, understands and knows how to use foreign languages ​​in various communications’ situations. Knowledge of Kazakh, English and Russian languages ​​will give youth the key to world markets, science and new technologies, create conditions for the formation of an ideological attitude towards constructive cooperation based on familiarization with ethnic, Kazakh and world cultures.
